Do I need an EFIN? +

No. You receive a Master EFIN for the software as part of your Service Bureau Partnership. If you plan on transmitting and filing returns yourself, you will need your own EFIN and PTIN. If you only want to sell the software to ERO offices, no EFIN is required.
