Partners operating under the LegacyPro Tax system remain independent businesses and are responsible for:

LegacyPro Tax is not responsible for actions taken by independent EROs, preparers, or service bureau partners using the software platform.

IRS Compliance Responsibility

Users and partners who access tax software or participate in the LegacyPro Tax network are responsible for complying with all applicable IRS regulations including but not limited to:

  • IRS Publication 1345
  • IRS Publication 4557
  • Circular 230
  • Due diligence requirements under IRC §6695(g)

Failure to maintain compliance with IRS regulations may result in suspension or termination of system access.

Bank Products and Financial Services

LegacyPro Tax may provide access to bank product providers such as:

  • Refund Advantage
  • Santa Barbara Tax Products Group

Approval for bank products is determined solely by the financial institution. LegacyPro Tax does not guarantee approval and does not control bank underwriting decisions.

Users must complete all required bank onboarding, compliance training, and documentation requested by the financial institution.

CRM Platform Access

LegacyPro Tax may offer access to an optional Customer Relationship Management platform for business automation and client management.

CRM services are provided as a third party or affiliated service and are optional for partners.

Discounted pricing may be offered to active partners. If a partnership with LegacyPro Tax is terminated, the discounted rate may no longer apply and standard pricing may apply.

Users are responsible for all subscription fees and usage charges related to the CRM platform.

Digital Products and Training Materials

LegacyPro Tax may offer digital products, training materials, guides, templates, mentorship resources, and other educational content through this website or affiliated platforms.

All digital products, training materials, course content, videos, templates, documents, and educational resources are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of LegacyPro Tax.
